We are committed to making our website accessible and user-friendly for everyone. Alteva RCM’s efforts to improve digital usability and accessibility are guided by recommendations established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which includes the currently approved Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.1 Level AA standards. We are also firmly dedicated to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 2010 and U.S. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (or “Section 508” 36 CFR 1194).

Our efforts are ongoing as we continue to develop digital accessibility across our website, which includes coordination with internal and external accessibility partners, as well as designing, developing, and testing Alteva RCM digital properties for accessibility.

To support this goal, we have implemented the UserWay Accessibility Widget, which allows visitors to customize their browsing experience and addresses many common accessibility needs.

While we strive to align our website with the WCAG standards, we recognize that full conformance may not yet be achieved on all pages. We are continuously working to improve accessibility and welcome feedback from our users to help us identify and address any barriers.
